What does AEC-Q100 / Q200 mean in a BOM?
The AEC stress-test standards for automotive-grade ICs (Q100) and passive components (Q200). A part marked AEC-qualified meets automotive reliability, and a non-qualified alternate is not valid for an automotive BOM.
