Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites and services operated by O2 AI, Inc.(“O2 AI”, “we”, “us”), including o2tech.aiand the O2 AI platform (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and a separate written agreement between that organization and O2 AI takes precedence over these Terms where they conflict.
The Service
O2 AI provides supply chain AI for electronics: software that processes bills of materials (BOMs), RFQs, supplier replies, inventory signals, and related data to produce sourcing, pricing, and risk recommendations. Outputs are decision support: your team reviews and remains responsible for final sourcing, pricing, and bidding decisions.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Only submit data you have the right to use and share with us.
- Do not misuse the Service: no unauthorized access, scraping of other customers' data, reverse engineering, resale without permission, unlawful use, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
Customer content
You (or your organization) retain all rights to the data you submit: BOMs, RFQs, quotes, inventory, and related files (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Content to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, design, and content (excluding Customer Content), is owned by O2 AI, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant no rights to our trademarks or branding.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Recommendations produced by the Service (including sourcing paths, substitute parts, lifecycle/EOL assessments, pricing, and bid/no-bid suggestions) are informational and may contain errors; verify them before relying on them in commercial decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, O2 AI, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts paid by you to O2 AI for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Sections that by their nature should survive termination survive.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
