This Privacy Policy describes how O2 AI, Inc.(“O2 AI”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit o2tech.ai, use the O2 AI platform, or communicate with us.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with Google or a passwordless email link, we collect your name, email address, and workspace membership.
  • Customer content.Files and data you or your organization submit to the platform, such as BOMs, RFQs, supplier quotes, inventory sheets, and ERP exports. This content is processed to provide the service and remains your organization's data.
  • Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken, used for security, debugging, and product analytics (we use Google Analytics on the marketing site).
  • Communications. Emails you send us (for example, a demo request to hello@o2tech.ai) and their attachments.

How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the O2 AI platform and website.
  • Process the BOM, RFQ, supplier, and inventory data your team submits into sourcing, pricing, and risk outputs.
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts and infrastructure.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support.
  • Analyze aggregate usage to improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the product (cloud hosting, email delivery, authentication, and analytics providers), when required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction. Service providers are bound to use the data only to provide services to us. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Data retention and security

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and customer content for as long as needed to provide the service or as agreed with your organization. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HSTS) and access is restricted to personnel who need it to operate the service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the CCPA and GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@o2tech.ai. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Cookies and analytics

The marketing site uses cookies and Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. The platform uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children

The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
