Zihan Wang
Tech Lead
Tech Lead at O2 AI and PhD researcher at Northwestern University’s MLL Lab (advisor: Manling Li), working on agentic reinforcement learning and world models, the research O2 turns into industrial sourcing agents. Project lead on the BAGEN study; prior research at NVIDIA, Microsoft, and DeepSeek.
The team co-authored BAGEN: Are LLM Agents Budget-Aware? with Northwestern University’s MLL Lab. It studies budget-aware agents under cost, time, and capacity constraints, which is exactly the kind of judgment O2 makes when it sources a part.
