TTL
What does TTL mean in a BOM?
A family of digital logic chips built from bipolar transistors, and the 5V (or 3.3V LVTTL) signaling levels they set. On a BOM, a line marked TTL points to a specific logic family and voltage, which constrains valid alternates. TTL is also used informally as shorthand for Total when it labels a quantity column.
